We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority.

All personalised orders will be delivered within 3 business days. Non-personalised orders ordered before 3PM will be shipped the same day.

Free delivery on all orders above 85 GBP.

Please note that customers have to pay local duties and border taxes.

Returns

It is possible that a product does not meet your expectations or that the size is not right. Therefore, you have the right to exchange or return an item within 30 days after delivery.
Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item. Personalised articles and gift packages cannot be returned!

Please include our return form to your package and contact us at info@le-olive.com.

All returns must comply with the following points:

  1. The product is complete, unused, unworn and unwashed
  2. The original tags and labels are attached to the product
  3. The product must be returned in the original packaging


The cost of a return will be at your own expense. Le Olive is not responsible for packages sent without track & trace.

All orders placed before February 9th will be shipped no later than Thursday, February 10th. All orders are shipped worldwide with FedEx Priority, which normally means you will receive your package one day after it leaves our Atelier.
While FedEx prides itself on their tight delivery schedule, we recommend ordering your Valentine's Day gifts early to ensure you receive them on time.
